Massage Therapist

Overview:

We are looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) who is dedicated to improving client wellness through therapeutic touch. The ideal candidate combines technical skill with genuine care, creating a rejuvenating and healing experience tailored to the client's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Provide therapeutic massages, including Swedish, deep tissue, and specialty modalities
• Assess client needs and tailor each session to support pain relief, relaxation, and wellness goals
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
• Educate clients on ongoing care and wellness practices
• Ensure a clean, comfortable, and professional treatment space
• Promote add-on treatments, spa packages, and wellness products when appropriate

Qualifications:

• Current Massage Therapy license in the state of Texas

Senior Laser Safety Officer (Sr. LSO)

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and certified Senior Laser Safety Officer (LSO) to oversee the safe and effective use of laser technologies in our med spa. The Sr. LSO will ensure compliance with regulatory standards, train staff on safety protocols, and assist in providing advanced aesthetic laser and light treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary safety authority for all laser-related services and equipment
• Oversee compliance with state and federal laser regulations and OSHA standards
• Conduct safety audits, maintain logs, and implement corrective actions when necessary
• Train and supervise staff on laser safety procedures and treatment protocols
• Provide or oversee advanced laser treatments, including hair removal, skin resurfacing, and pigmentation therapy
• Collaborate with management and the medical director on treatment protocols and compliance measures

Qualifications:

• Certified Laser Professional / Senior Laser Safety Officer credential
• Prior experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, or laser technology
• In-depth knowledge of laser physics, safety standards, and treatment protocols
• Strong leadership and training abilities
• Excellent organizational and compliance documentation skills
